Role Overview:

  • Key Responsibilities:
    • System Governance: Overseeing the transition from code to real-world institutional logic.
    • Strategic Deployment: Leading the rollout across school networks and user-environments.
    • Structural Design: Collaborating on high-level system workflows and scalability decisions.
    • Architecture Sync: Bridging the gap between technical implementation and business expansion.
  • Partnership & Compensation:
    50% Legal Equity (Stamp Paper Agreement)
    This is a Zero-Salary / High-Equity co-founding role. It is designed specifically for someone who values Asset Ownership and long-term wealth creation over routine employment. A 50% legal stake is reserved for a partner who brings Legacy Trust to the system.
  • Academic & Trust Preference:
    Ideal for MCA / MCS / MTECH candidates or Alumni who understand system architecture and seek to co-found a legacy product. We prioritize "Trust-Network" connections; a shared history is more valuable to this project than a standard resume.

The opportunity to join as a technical partner remains open. I am not specifically looking for someone from a particular tech stack or background - what matters most is capability, commitment, and the willingness to build and grow with the project. I have been actively searching for someone who can independently drive and develop the technical side while my focus shifts toward execution and marketing. The right person will have the opportunity to learn extensively, take ownership, and share directly in the upside through a 50% profit partnership. From June onward, my availability for discussions and decision-making will become limited due to long-term operational commitments. While I remain open to strong and aligned candidates, I am equally prepared to continue independently if the right fit is not found within this timeframe.
